We’re close to the end of this! There have been some amazing sights so far and there’s still more to see! We set out with a goal of traveling to Colonia, seeing the goods along the way and obtaining an Elite rank in Exploration. At this point I’m in Colonia, I’m absolutely wowing you with the sites, but we’re only 75% of the way to Elite! So we still got some more work. Let’s get to it.

Death Spiral.

That gas giant is super close to the neutron star and it’s orbiting at an incredible speed. The next two shots were taken from the same position just minutes between them.

A Dance of Spirals is a super Game of Thronesy name for a system but it’s pretty poetic… 3 neutrons stars orbit a black hole and are just stunning to watch spin.

Jade Ghost Stellar Remnant. This nebula was probably my favorite of the whole trip.

In it was a black hole (I know right? There’s so many of them out here) that gave off an incredible lensing effect.

Gravitas. I’ll let this this image speak for itself but there’s something blocking out a lot of light from a lot of stars that I know are there….
